Incident Date and Time: Sunday, September 30, 2007
Location: Area of 200 blk of 2nd Avenue, Redwood City
Unincorporated San Mateo County
Type of Crime/Incident: Shooting (Case# 07-5618)

Summary: At approximately 8:00 PM, San Mateo County Public Safety Communications received a call of a shooting that had just occurred in the driveway of a residence located in the 200 blk of 2nd Avenue, Redwood City, Unincorporated San Mateo County. San Mateo County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the scene and located three gunshot victims standing in the driveway of the residence. Two victims were transported to Stanford Hospital where they were treated and released. The third victim declined medical treatment at the scene.

The motive for the shooting and other details are still under investigation. This incident does not appear to be related to a prior shooting that occurred in this area on September 20, 2007. There is no further information available at this time.
