Coyote Point Marina Layout - Docks 23 & 22

Dock 23 uses the same ramp and gate entrance as Dock 22. Dock 23 consists of thirty-two 32' berths as well as a 69' end tie (2334-2333), a 32' inside tie (2300) and shares five limited side ties with Dock 22 (22 F, E, D, C, B- described with Dock 22 below). The 32' berths on Dock 23 can accept a boat with a maximum total length of 33' feet. The width of these berths vary and are listed in the table below. Dock 22 uses the same ramp and gate entrance as Dock 23. Dock 22 has eighteen 32' berths on the north side of the dock and nineteen 24' berths on the south side. Additionally the dock has a 61' end tie (2236-2239), one 24' inside tie (2299), one 19' limited side tie (22 F) and four 21' 6" limited-side ties (22 E, D, C, B) located alongside the healdwalk that connects to Dock 23. The 32' berths can accommodate a boat with a maximum length of 33'. The 24' berths on Dock 22 can accommodate a boat with a maximum length of 25'. The width of these berths vary and are listed on the table below. All berths on Dock 23 and 22 are of concrete construction and (with the exception of 22 F, E, D, C, B) have a dock box, hose bib and 30 amp electrical service. The inside ties (2300, 2299, and 22 F, E, D, C, B) are irregular berths and assigned by the Harbormaster independently of the wait list. The inside ties are often used to accommodate multihulls too wide to fit in regular berths, and can also allow some overhang into the channel. The Dock 23 end tie (2334-2333) and the Dock 22 end tie (2236-2239) can be rented to a boater with a vessel longer than 50' (along with the end ties on Docks 28, 27, 26, 25, 24 and 21). Depths in the Marina vary, please inquire as to the exact depths when requesting a particular berth.
