Coyote Point Marina Layout - Docks 25 & 24

Dock 25 has twenty-six 40' berths, as well as an 85' end tie (2528-2529) and two 40' inside ties (2500, 2501). The 40' berths on the north side of the dock can accept a boat with a maximum total length of 41' feet while the berths on the south side of the dock are designed to accept a boat with a maximum length of 42'. All of the 40' berths on Dock 25 are 14' 6" wide with the exception of 2526, 2524, 2527 and 2525 which are 12' 6" wide. Dock 24 consists of thirty-two 32' berths, as well as a 69' end tie (2434-2435) and two 32' inside ties (2400, 2401). The 32' berths on Dock 24 are 11' 6" wide and can accommodate a boat with a maximum length of 33'. All berths on Dock 25 and 24 are of concrete construction and have a dock box, hose bib and 30 amp electrical service. The inside ties (2500, 2501, 2400, 2401) are irregular berths and assigned by the Harbormaster independently of the wait list. The inside ties are often used to accommodate multihulls too wide to fit in regular berths, and can also allow some overhang into the channel. The Dock 25 end tie (2528-2529) and the Dock 24 end tie (2434-24-35) can be rented to boaters with vessels longer than 50' (along with the end ties on Docks 28, 27, 26, 23, 22 and 21).
