Dock 13 has thirty-seven 40' berths on its west side, and twenty-two 22' side ties and three 17' limited side ties (13 K, L, M) on its east side. Additionally the dock has a 45' end tie (un-numbered). The 40' berths on Dock 13 can accomodate a boat with a maximum overall length of 41'. The width of berths 1301-1319 is 14' and from 1320-1337 is 15'.
Dock 10 has ten 28' berths on the east side of the dock, a 24' berth (1011) and five un-numbered 22' side ties. Dock 10 is connected to the Fuel Dock.

The Guest Dock has five 36' berths on its east side, as well as a 50' pump-out station dock, a 40' endtie (un-numbered), a 25' endtie and a 30' inside tie.

All berths on Dock 13 are of concrete construction and (with the exception of 13 A-Y) have a dock box, hose bib and 30 amp electrical service. The Dock 13 end tie (un-numbered) is not used except in case of emergency or for guest docking. Dock 10 and the Guest Dock are of wood construction and have single-finger berths. The berths on Dock 10 and the Guest Dock (with the exception of 1011 and the inside and side ties) have access to a hose bib and 30 amp electrical service, but not a dock box. The berths of Dock 10 and the Guest Dock are assigned independently of the wait list, the berths on Dock 10 normally being reserved for Club Nautique and those on the Guest Dock kept open for visitors or reserved for the Marina's Patrol Boat and Skiff.

Depths in the Marina vary, please inquire as to the exact depths when requesting a particular berth.
