Institutional Exempt Annual Claim Forms (welfare, religious, church, cemetary, etc) will be mailed out January 2, 2009. Some of the forms are available online and can be filled out online as well. Originals are due February 15, 2009. If you do not receive a form by the second week of January or have any questions, please contact the Welfare Exemptions Department.
