Coyote Point Marina Layout - Docks 27 & 26

Dock 27 shares the same ramp and gate entrance as Dock 28. Dock 27 has fifteen 28' berths on its north side and fifteen 32' berths on its south side. Additionally the dock has a 65' end tie (2732-2733), a 32' inside tie (2701), a 7' limited side tie (27 A), and shares four 18' limited side ties with dock 28 (27 E, D, C, B see the Dock 28 Layout). The 28' berths can accept a boat with a maximum total length of 29' feet and are 13' wide. The 32' berths can accept a boat with a maximum length of 33' and are 16' wide.
Dock 26 consists of fourteen 36' berths on the north side of the dock and twelve 40' berths on the south. Additionally the dock has an 81' end tie (2630-2627), one 36' inside tie (2600), and one 40' inside tie (2601). All of the 36' berths can accommodate a boat with a maximum length of 37' and the 40' berths on Dock 26 can accommodate a boat with a maximum length of 41'. All berths on Dock 26 are 14' 10" wide with the exception of berths 2628, 2626, 2624, 2625, 2623 and 2621 which are 12' 8" wide.

All berths on Dock 27 and 26 are of concrete construction and (with the exception of 27 E, D, C, B, A) have a dock box, hose bib and 30 amp electrical service. The inside ties (2701, 2601, 2600 and 27 E, D, C, B, A) are irregular berths and assigned by the Harbormaster independently of the wait list. The inside ties are often used to accommodate multihulls too wide to fit in regular berths, and can also allow some overhang into the channel. The Dock 27 end tie (2732-2733) and the Dock 26 end tie (2630-2627) can be rented to boaters with a vessel longer than 50' (along with the end ties on Docks 28, 25, 24, 23, 22 and 21).

Depths in the Marina vary, please inquire as to the exact depths when requesting a particular berth.
